Being of Nigerian descent and growing up in England, my passion for diversity was ignited early on. The rich variety in my surroundings, from my schooling to attending community events, heavily influenced how and why I cook, leading me to explore and refine everything from custom cakes and vibrant salads to thoughtful vegan meals.
